A keen skater and surfer, Ash injects fun into every workout and loves to help clients rediscover their own talent, strength and vitality.

A former gymnast, Ash also focuses on flexibility, stretching and form. Her own battles with injury have heightened her awareness of safety and injury prevention, and she believes training should energise rather than deplete the individual.
