<p>The latest celeb hangout isn&#8217;t a nightclub, but a gym, so we&#8217;ve taken on a six-week training program with personal trainer Aaron McKenzie at Origin of Energy in Bondi Junction to burn calories while getting celebrity goss.</p>

<li>Think before you spend your time, energy &amp; money</li>
<li>Find a practical way to chill out and relax (cooking, gardening, walking, ocean swims, dancing, singing hanging out drinking smoothies at Origin of Energy)</li>
<li>Make appointments with yourself and those that are important to you first</li>
<li>Spend time in nature</li>
<li>Reduce your exposure to chemicals: home &amp; beauty</li>
<li>Take the time to breathe</li>
<li>Buy a foam roller/ massage ball &amp; enjoy using it</li>
<li>Purchase a water filter</li>
<li>Buy a reusable water bottle</li>
<li>3% of Body Weight in litres of water should be consumed per day with a small pinch of sea salt every litre</li>
<li>Have an epsom salt bath 1-3 x per week</li>
<li>Practice good dental hygiene daily (Flossing and brushing twice a day)</li>
<li>Get a dental &amp; medical check up every 6 months</li>
<li>Eat Whole Fresh food from a good local organic source</li>
<li>Consume food grown on healthy soil</li>
<li>Ensure your meats &amp; poultry are pastured</li>
<li>Choose supplements that nourish and support your health</li>
<li>Choose high quality fermented or raw dairy</li>
<li>Prepare food to improve or maintain nutrient value</li>

<li>Turn the phone to airplane mode from 8pm &#8211; 8am, 5 nights per week</li>
<li>Get a good bed &amp; pillow as you spend1/3 of your life sleeping</li>
<li>No caffeine after 2pm</li>
<li>8hrs Sleep Regular Rhythm</li>
<li>Don’t take anything too seriously, Be grateful and LOVE</li>
