Every participant is motivating and educating each other and all the people around them through photos, very cool.</div>
<div>As of tomorrow there will be a few new guidelines to level the playing field and make this a practical challenge for all participants.</div>

<div>1. Only 6 photos per day per participant this means 6 available photo points. This can be a photo of anything do with living a healthy lifestyle. So many amazing photos so far.</div>
<div>2. Those with over 6 photos per day in the first 4 days will still be given extra points above 6 just based on a ranking .e.g. if 5 people got above 6 then there scores for the first 4 days will be 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 based on their ranking most to least photos.</div>
<div>3. You do not get a point for your OE workout but you can take a photo of it for a point. The OE workouts for your team only need to total 72 at the end of the comp to be eligible to win. *To make the contest more inclusive for people on holidays or travelling they can take a photo of an OE style workout outside of OE to go towards your 72 team workouts.</div>
<div>4. On the final day Saturday 25th May additional points will be rewarded for the most liked photos on instagram under the following categories if you want to enter a particular category just put the #TOTC plus the number.  You can also enter it in multiple categories</div>

It is also a test which can indicate a need for herbal supplementation. Brittany is offering $85 consults (usually $100) if the test comes up positive and you are interested in following it up.</div>

<li>Protein maldigestion (or excessive intake)</li>
