    thank you for your hard work, I am a pt myself and moved back to London recently, would like to take up personal training again and I would like to incorporate or even better start every client journey with a detoxification phase, I found that people only start listening to you if they see quick changes, now this most of the time means losing weight quick, feeling fantastic asap etc, and here in London where you have to pay a licence even to train people in public parks and you need to make thousands every months just to break even taking the holistic approach can mean suicide, trying to start adjusting peoples eating habits, following Paul Cheks book and building strong foundations is a very good but very slow process, people do understand it but they would rather go for a boxercise class and drink lemon juice for 2 weeks just to drop a few kilos.
    I need your advice on how to effectively show quick results without shooting yourself in the foot, I am thinking about putting together the ultimate detox program that doesnt change your daily routine and you can see good results, losing a few inches around the waist in about 4 weeks. Ensuring quick initial results that also have a positive effect on general health could mean that I certainly stay in business, people will want to stay with me and once they are happy they will be more likely to take my advice on food quality, food ethics, stress management etc.
    What do you think about colonic irrigation followed by a strong probiotic supplement, followed by a mixture of delicious spirulina, bentonite clay, kelp first thing in the morning for the following 4 weeks, and cutting out bread and potatoes. I do understand many would not like the idea of colonics, what other ways would be to detox without diarrhea.
