Come join Anthony Minichiello, Aaron Mckenzie & Christian Ralston for the Progression Intro Workshop. This workshop will prepare you to get started with the progression method that will open up your movement capacity.
This 3 hr workshop covers all you need to get started at originofenergy with 4 basic workout options. (you could just use this for your own personal training)
Rope Pull- Overhead Push- Squat
Horizontal Pull- Push – Lunge
Overhead Pull- Dip- Sled (deadlift)
This will let you attend 15/ 21 sessions that Originofenergy Runs every week. You will also be able to pay a class rate to book the Originofenergy studio during the open training times to practice the routines.
The workshop will cover:
whole body massage ball
whole body foam roller
whole body mobility routine
Dislocate, Shoulder band, Ankle band & Deep squat warm up.
10 PPL warm up variations (Hang Handstand Split & Pulling Pushing & Leg variations)
Monday Wednesday and Friday workouts and core.

Back lever- Manna- Front split
Muscle Up/ Hanging Compressions- Press to Handstand- Pancake
Overhead Pull (rope)- Overhead Push – Squat
Horizontal Pull- Horizontal Push – Lunge

Front- Side – Back: Segmental Roll ups on the Swissball
