The Origin Of Energy Studio membership is limited to 50 members per coach so members can choose to have Alana, Gus, Sean, Courtney, Val or Aaron as their coach.

Group Training Sessions

Members can purchase session packs:

$12.50 per class 50 pack $625

$15 per class 25 pack $375

$20 per class 10 pack $200

$22.50 per class 4 pack $90

$25 casual

(These all have a 3 month expiry date from purchase)

Group Training Sessions are limited to 20 people per class.

These workouts utilize a combination of 2-5 Lifting patterns to integrate squatting, lunging, bending, stepping, pushing, pulling, twisting & running. This provides an overall whole body response. The Core component is done at the end of the session with slow tempos and > 1min time under tension with 1-2 Core Patterns.

As with all sessions it follows the Seasonal Training which will allow for optimal development in endurance, hypertrophy, maximum strength, power & speed.

OE Studio Access

The OE studio is a space we have created to make the OE lifestyle easy. Members can come train in the same facilities that are used to condition & nourish elite athletes. We have gone out of our way to provide the best we can in:

Workshop Discounts

Workshops are held:

Saturday 10:30am-4:30pm

Sunday 8am -2pm

30min lunch break lunch is served as part of the experience from 1-1:30pm

2 Day workshops $400 (members price) usually $450

1 Day workshops $200 (members price) usually $250

 

Soil to Plate is a 3 course lunch & presentation experience.
