The Origin of Energy workshops have been developed to share the material that Origin Of Energy utilises to get results in health & fitness. All the workshops together with group & 1 on 1 training are used to Certify OE Trainers. The workshops themselves are broken up into various components of the Origin Of Energy pathway to health and fitness. This way individuals can choose parts they would like to work on and come and spend a day or 2 focusing on a particular area. Food Farming & Fitness
Name says it all, if you love good food, want to know where it comes from and want to improve your health & fitness then you’ll like this 1. It is our introductory 3hr workshop/ lunch where a local farmer comes along with our good friends Marty Boetz (Chef) & Anthia Koullouros (Naturopath) to enjoy an awesome day of eating and food education.
OE Trainer
This 1 day course is great for anyone wanting to become a great trainer and utilise the tools an OE trainer uses to run a great business. This is not just for the trainer though these skills cross over to any career & just managing everyday life.
Trinity Flexibility
This 2 day workshop covers the assessment & flexibility programming of an OE trainer. The workshop looks at how to work with all the variations of people that modern life presents and teaches how to program most effectively for their needs.
Trinity Core
This 2 day workshop covers the programming & instruction of the core exercises utilised for core conditioning in our classes and our more specialised core training for 1 on 1 clients.
Trinity Lifting
This 2 day course covers all the major movements that OE uses. The movements are taught with the system of programming and instruction that OE uses for group and 1 on 1 sessions.
Trinity Programming
This 2 day workshop brings the material together from the flexibility, core and lifting workshops in to a training system. The material is studied in more depth in terms of the anatomy and physiology so that the trainer has a sound understanding of how to put it all together and adapt it to the individual & group needs of there clients.
Ancient Wisdom Modern Science
This 2 day workshop covers the anatomy and physiology of the human body and how to recognise various endocrine, digestive, autonomic nervous system & muscle skeletal imbalances. The workshop teaches the participant how to use basic movement & lifestyle modification to prevent, elevate and recover from basic imbalances then how to refer to the appropriate health care professional when it is needed.
In this workshop lifestyle modifications that date back through the ages will be reviewed with a modern scientific perspective so that they can be seen for their merit and short comings. The desired outcome is to have an open mind for the truth so we can find the optimal path to health & fitness.
OE Cleansing
This 1 day workshop covers the various diets that are promoted and the pros and cons of each. The OE method of cleansing is presented with the reasoning behind the method. The OE cleansing protocol is presented with the method of adapting for the individual based on their needs.
OE Complete
This 1 day workshops covers how to put all the material from all the OE workshops together into a usable system of Assessment to program design. This is done through the use of case histories and teaching of how to put together case histories to improve 1′s work as a health and fitness coach. The workshop is designed like all of them to aid the individual in their own needs and to show them how to help others with their needs.
