Our Origin Of Energy Group Training Sessions allow individuals to get the benefits of the method of movement training we offer to clients 1 on 1 in an outdoor group setting. Groups are capped to 10 to insure each individual receives the coaches attention for form & technique. The seasonal approach allows for complete development through every phase 4 x per yr.
Training is from Monday - Saturday, sessions run for 1 hr and each season runs for 13 weeks. Participants need to pay for the sessions in advance for the full season or casual see prices below. Participants can start late in the season and pay out the remainder of the season if spots are available.
For optimal results we recommend individuals get an assessment & program (1.5hrs) prior to commencing group training sessions. This will give you an individualized stretching, movement & lifestyle program to compliment the group training. Although if this is not practical the exercises in the group sessions can be adapted for every level and we encourage every beginner to our sessions start out slow and gradually build technique and strength to insure long term results.

Origin Of Energy Weekly Timetable Autumn 2010

Whole Body Workouts
Origin Of Energy utilizes whole body workouts that have a combination of 4 movement patterns to integrate squatting, lunging, bending, stepping, pushing, pulling, twisting & running. This provides an overall whole body response.
We use the seasonal training phases which will allow for optimal development in all areas. We use a combination of Barbell, Kettlebell, UI, Body Weight, Medicine Ball, Stair & Pull Up Bar Training. These sessions provide improvements in athletic performance & overall health. Each workout starts with a warm up: dowel rod, skipping rope, yoga stretch or a light version of the 4 movements. The training time is 30-40 mins with 5 mins warm up and 6 mins at the end for corrective exercise.
We recommend a maximum on 3 of the whole body sessions per week and participants use
