We were all challenged to reach a larger audience and wanted to make the movement & lifestyle coaching we offer 1 on 1 not just for those who have the financial resources available to pay our hourly rate. We teach workshops which was the next step to make it fit within more individuals budgets now we have the Origin Of Energy Membership which enables members to really embrace what we do for $120 per yr.

The Origin Of Energy Membership is aimed to those that are keen to take responsibility for themselves and enjoy true health. It is for those that want to take the path of living by example and learn the material first for themselves then if they choose, naturally evolve to coaching others.

The membership is great for anyone who is a movement and/or lifestyle coach e.g. Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Naturopath, Physical Therapist, Osteopath, and health professional. We are looking for members that are also keen to start similar community based groups.

All our material is COPY & WRITE about us there are No trademarks, IP or patents on any of our material it is everyones. Friendship not ownership is something we really believe in. At Origin Of Energy we really feel what we are sharing is in great need and want everyone to have access to it. So we are need of people want to firstly live it that way it really sells itself.

We have limited the membership to 100 members per coach so members can choose to have Gus, Alana or Aaron as their coach. 1 goal is to get members to pay it forward & start their own membership groups to share material. We are an open book to members so that if they wanted to do something similar they can easily get set up.

Tuesday Coaching 7-9pm Studio

Each Tuesday of the season we have training for 8 of our members. The training is part of how to reach your potential as a movement & lifestyle coach. Each season we go through the complete cycle of our 8 lessons:

Weekly Q&A Thursday 7-8 pm Studio

Each thursday we usually have 3-4 slide show presentations based on the seasonal phase. It is also open for members to do a 10 minute slide show presentation to share and practice presenting.

Limited to 20 people must RSVP alternatively up to 25 members can also skype into the Q & A via conference call and follow the slide show by opening the PDF file on the Origin Of Energy idisk. This must also be RSVP by messaging alanaorigin (skype name) so that the member is put on the list and included in the conference call. At 6:55pm members that RSVP will be called via skype for conference call. Thursday evening is recorded and kept on the idisk as a MP3 file for 1 Season. This also allows those from other time zones to take advantage of the evening & also for the call to be put on ipod. 

Fortnightly Friday Dinner, Desert & Documentary 7-10pm Studio

Held every 2 weeks at the studio everyone brings over a dish to share using the nutritional principles we teach: whole fresh, local, organic, nutrient dense, slow cooked. Then we all share recipes catch up while consuming the beautiful gift of nourishment with people who truly appreciate it.

After dinner & Washing up we kick back, relax watch a documentary and have desert (pillows, comfortable clothing & blankets required). We usually screen a Doco from 8-9:30pm then have a chance to discuss and share thoughts about material presented. This event is designed with the concept of having a group setting to be exposed to the current health & environment challenges & most importantly focusing on practical solutions.

Group Training Sessions Discount

Members can purchase sessions for $10, $130 per season (regular price $15, $195 per season). Group Training Sessions are limited to 10 people per group and whole season needs to be paid in advance.

Whole Body Workouts

This workout utilizes a combination of 4 movement patterns to integrate squatting, lunging, bending, stepping, pushing, pulling, twisting & running. This provides an overall whole body response.

As with all sessions it follows the training seasonal training phases which will allow for optimal development.

Access to workshop manuals on website

All members have access to all Origin Of Energy Workshop Manuals. These are PDF documents with notes included based on the slide show presentations from the workshops. These are all COPY & WRITE about us. We encourage members to share material start leading, teach others to lead and start their own community groups.

1 x email question p/week

All members can email 1 question per week and can also request a youtube video clip response. This is limited to 1 member clip per week.

Saturday Workshop Discounts

Saturday workshops are held from 1030-4 with a 30min lunch break food is part of the experience. Every workshop begins with all participants preparing the slow cooked lunch for 130-2. Soil to Plate is a 3hr lunch experience where food is prepared and cooked for participants.

REFUND POLICY for Memberships

If members are not satisfied with the service we would prefer that they make room for those that are wanting what we are offering. So a refund minus an admin fee of $20 and the approximate $2.50 per week rate based on how many weeks it has been used.
