The Origin Of Energy Membership was created in order to provide members the opportunity to really embrace what we do for affordable price $120 per year.

The Origin Of Energy Membership is aimed at those that are keen to enjoy optimal health & fitness our members range from beginners who are integrating small changes to health professionals who have chosen health as a career.

All our material is COPY & WRITE about us there are No trademarks, IP or patents on any of our material, it is everyones. Friendship not ownership is something we really believe in & feel is needed for all us world wide.

We have limited the membership to 50 members per coach so members can choose to have Gus, Alana, Sean, Shane, Tegan or Aaron as their coach.

Weekly Dinner and Q&A Friday’s 7-8pm & Documentary Screening 8-10pm @ the Studio

Each Friday we have 1hr to answer questions over dinner. The time is on offer for members to ask us anything they would like.  

Held every week at the studio. Everyone brings their own dinner or purchases a MOD: meal of the day (a nutrient dense meal created with the nutritional principles we teach: whole fresh, local, organic, slow cooked in mind) available from the cafe. After dinner we kick back & relax while we watch a documentary (pillows, comfortable clothing & blankets can be brought). We usually screen a seasonal themed documentary or movie from 8-9:30pm then have a chance to discuss & share thoughts about material presented. This event is designed with the concept of having a group setting to be exposed to the current health & environment challenges & most importantly focusing on practical solutions.

Group Training Session Discounts

Members can purchase sessions from $12.50 per class for 4 classes per week to $25 casual. Group Training Sessions are limited to 10 people per instructor & whole season needs to be paid in advance to get full discounts. If class exceeds 10 then a second instructor is put on to ensure a high level of instruction.

These workouts utilize a combination of 4-6 Lifting patterns to integrate squatting, lunging, bending, stepping, pushing, pulling, twisting & running. This provides an overall whole body response. The Core component is done at the end of the session with slow tempos and > 1min time under tension with 1-2 Core Patterns.

As with all sessions it follows the seasonal training phases which will allow for optimal development in endurance, hypertrophy, maximum strength, power & speed.

All members have access to all Origin Of Energy Workshop Manuals. These are PDF documents with notes included based on the slide show presentations from the workshops. These are all COPY & WRITE about us. Access is through http://public.me.com/originofenergy membership will give you the username & password.

Saturday workshops are held from 10:30am-4pm with a 30min lunch break food as part of the experience from 1:30-2pm. Soil to Plate is a 3 course lunch & presentation experience.
