About

The originofenergy movement training program is based around the key movements of the body: pull, push, hang, twist, squat, bend, crawl, walk, run & sprint. The program integrates various disciplines from my experience of skateboarding, martial arts, yoga, dance, gymnastics, body building, physical therapy, athletic conditioning & weight lifting.
