The Originofenergy Group Sessions ( limited to 8 people) consist of: Mobility Warm Up Massage Ball, Foam Roller & Mobility Routine Shoulder Ankle Band & Ring Dislocates and Traction Hang Handstand Split Warm Up 3 Workouts* Core Breath Work *1 of 5 different types of workouts can be chosen: 1. Whole Body: This sessions uses the pull push legs format. Using 3-12 reps 2. Upper Body: This Session focuses on Pulling and Pushing movements using 3-12 reps the rest periods are used actively with Leg Mobility. 3. Lower Body: This session focuses on Leg: Lunges Squats and Bends using 3-12 reps the rest periods are used actively with Upper body mobility. 4. Gymnastic Strength: This session covers Compression Work, Handstand, Levers, Planche, Manna, Side/ Front Splits & Pancakes. Can be progressed to Soft Acrobatics. 5. Athletic Conditioning: Sprints & Sled Work.
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24hrs notice otherwise a full fee will apply.
